An in-person walkthrough of your RV with your renter before and after a rental period is required. In order to protect both parties in the event of a disagreement, please complete our pre and post-trip rental forms together. These are emailed to you and the renter 72 hours before a rental occurs. The rental forms must be completed to file a claim or collect post-trip fees.
Note: Claims may be denied without completed rental forms or penalty fees present in your listing at the time of booking.
